Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of any personal data held about you. I handle requests related to (a) contact data submitted through this site's form; (b) leads forwarded via Meta integrations (Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp); (c) contracting client data.

How to request

  1. Option 1 — Form below. Fill in the form with your email and describe which data you want deleted. You will receive confirmation within 1 business day and deletion will be completed within 15 business days.
  2. Option 2 — Direct email. Write to helder@helderandre.com with the subject "Deletion Request — LGPD/GDPR" stating your full name, email, and a description of the data to be deleted.
  3. Option 3 — Data from Facebook/Instagram. If the data was obtained when you filled out a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads form, you can also request deletion directly from the advertiser (the controller of that data). If you cannot reach them, submit the request through one of the options above and I will forward it to the advertiser and to the destination (CRM) where the lead was delivered.

Service-level agreement

Receipt confirmation: within 1 business day. Deletion completed: within 15 business days after identity confirmation. In cases involving third parties (advertiser's CRM, external processor), the deadline may be extended by an additional 15 business days, always with prior notice to the requester.
