An independent studio, not a template factory.
Helder André is a software developer with more than 7 years across design and engineering. He started as an animation designer at Rede Novo Tempo (2018–2022), moved through web design, and since 2023 has delivered custom digital products as an engineer. Today he leads MUBE Systems, his own technology company, delivering custom digital products for direct clients.
Primary stack: TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres. Works on integrations over Meta's official APIs (Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Graph, WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Conversions API) and on AI agents built with OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic — with RAG, tool use, and function calling in production.

Do you serve clients outside São Paulo?
Yes. I serve clients remotely across Brazil and in person along the SP–Vale do Paraíba corridor. For international projects, I have already delivered work for clients in seven countries: Brazil, United States, Australia, Spain, Argentina, Thailand, and Portugal. I work in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, on BRT (UTC−3).
How do the AI agents you build work?
I build custom agents on top of OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic. They typically cover (1) automated customer service with human handoff, (2) document data extraction (invoices, contracts, e-invoices), (3) internal copilots for operations teams, and (4) multi-step workflows with tool use and RAG. Every project includes guardrails (output validation, token limits, per-provider fallbacks) and observability (prompt/response logs, cost per request, latency per model).
How much does custom software cost?
Custom software projects start at R$ 18,000 (lean scope, 4–6 weeks) and scale with complexity and timeline. Every proposal includes a 2-week technical discovery with scope, risks, and architecture documented before any code is written. Workflow automations start at R$ 6,500.
Which technologies do you work with? And do I own the code?
Default stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, Postgres (Supabase or Neon), Vercel for hosting, GitHub for version control. Source code is delivered to your GitHub repository from the first commit, with commercial license held by you. Minimal vendor lock-in.
Which Meta integrations do you implement?
I work with Meta's public and official APIs: Facebook Lead Ads API (webhook delivering leads to CRM within 2 seconds), WhatsApp Business Cloud API (customer service, broadcast, flows), Instagram Graph API (DMs, comments, scheduling), and Conversions API + Pixel (server-side tracking with deduplication). Each integration is delivered as a custom build — not an off-the-shelf product.
Are you an official Meta partner?
Yes. I am a Meta Business Partner and the app is verified by Meta. In practice that means integrations run on public, official, documented APIs — Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Graph, WhatsApp Business Cloud API and the Conversions API — with no scraping, no unauthorised automation and no risk of a block for misuse. Being a Business Partner does not make me a representative of Meta: I remain an independent supplier building on their platform.
Are you LGPD compliant? How do you handle lead data?
Yes. I operate under Brazilian Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD). Lead data passes through the infrastructure only for the time required to deliver it to your CRM (maximum 7-day buffer). I retain audit logs for 12 months for incident investigation, with personal data hashed. Deletion requests are processed within 15 business days via helder@helderandre.com or the /data-deletion page.
How does a project start?
In four steps: (1) you submit the contact form; (2) we schedule a 30-minute call to understand the problem; (3) I issue a proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price for the discovery; (4) after the discovery (2 weeks), you receive a technical document with architecture, risks, and an implementation proposal — only then do you decide to proceed with the build.
What happens after the software is delivered? Do you maintain it?
I offer monthly support and evolution contracts at R$ 2,400/month (up to 8h package) or R$ 4,800/month (up to 20h). Includes monitoring, bug fixes, dependency updates, and small evolutions. For clients with internal dev teams, I deliver fully documented code and ownership transfers 100% to the client.
